A repeatable construction that is obtained from the Organized Labor technology in Era IV. Completion of the construction produces one Science Stockpile. The Forgotten are unable to utilize this construction.
If the Era III technology Unskilled Labor has been unlocked, the Royal University will replace the Royal Academy construction. If Unskilled Labor is unlocked after Organized Labor, the Royal University will not be replaced by the Royal Academy construction.
