An Expansion obtained from the Enlightened Trade technology, or the Commercial Espionage technology for the Forgotten, both in Research Era V, to be built on Watchtower Foundations. The Mykara instead use the Mykaran Remotuscope Factory.

This is the third and final version of the Watchtower, and as such provides the greatest health regen and vision range. Upon unlocking the ability to build the Remotuscope Factory, any preexisting Watchtowers or Lookout Towers will automatically be upgraded to Remotuscope Factories for free.
