An Expansion available to all factions once an empire reaches Era V. The Reliquary can only be built once in the world, meaning that once it is built by one empire it cannot be built by any other empire, and cannot be rebuilt by anyone if the city it was built in is razed. If the Reliquary is completed by another empire before you, you will be refunded the strategic resources spent to build it and given an amount of Dust based on how far construction had progressed.
Completing the Reliquary of Auriga also completes the Legendary Deed "Inspiring Commander".

While the +100 
granted by the Reliquary is impressive, the fact that the Reliquary can only be built in the later stages of the game makes it a moderate amount by that point. What is much more impressive is the 50% reduction to military upkeep, which can be combined with the 3rd level of the Military Ministry in the Empire Plan to remove military upkeep entirely, making victories requiring large amounts of units - such as Supremacy or Elimination - much more viable.
