The Pillar of Regeneration is a Pillar made available by researching Arcana of Renewal in Era IV (Era I Starting Technology with ELCP). The Pillar of Regeneration increases the Food 
output of tiles in an area around it; the intensity and area of the effect are based on the pillar's Arcana level.

Upon obtaining the Cold Engineering technology by completing Chapter 5, Part 1 of the Ardent Mages faction quest, the Pillar of Regeneration will produce an additional +3 on tiles within its range during winter.
