An Era II technology exclusive to the Broken Lords which increases the passive Health Regen of Broken Lords units by 1% for every pacified village in the empire. The villages in question do not need to be rebuilt for the bonus to take into effect. It is unlocked by completing Chapter 3, part 1 of the Broken Lords faction quest.
