The Incantation of Enervation is a Spell made available by researching Arcana of Authority in Era II. The Incantation of Enervation Stuns and - at higher Arcana levels - decreases the Defense 
of all units in an area in battle, the intensity of the effect depending on the Spell's Arcana level.
