An Era III technology which unlocks the Caravanserai and Lookout Towers constructions on cities. Upon unlocking this technology, any preexisting Watchtowers will automatically be upgraded to Lookout Towers, and Watchtowers will no longer be available for construction in preference of Lookout Towers.
