What is Endless Legend?

Endless Legend is considered part of the Endless Universe. Another sunrise, another day of toil. FoodSmall Food must be grown, IndustrySmall industries built, ScienceSmall science and magic advanced, and DustSmall wealth collected. Urgency drives these simple efforts, however, for your planet holds a history of unexplained apocalypse, and the Winter you just survived was the worst on record. A fact that has also been true for the previous five.

As you discover the lost secrets of your world and the mysteries of the legends and ruins that exist as much in reality as in rumor, you will come to see that you are not alone. Other peoples also struggle to survive, to grow, and perhaps even to conquer.

You have a City, a loyal populace, and a few troops; your power and magic should be sufficient to keep them alive. But beyond that, nothing is certain… Where will you go, what will you find, and how will you react? Will your trail be one of roses, or of blood?

About Endless Legend
From the team who brought you Endless Space & Dungeon Of The Endless, Endless Legend is a fantasy style, Civ-like 4X game set in the Endless Space universe, but on one particular planet, fairly early in the universes’ life cycle. The basic story is set on the planet Auriga which is dying, and it’s up to you and your chosen faction to deal with it.

Endless Legend emphasizes micromanagement, allowing players to rule over a smaller number of civilizations than some world-building games, while including more important strategic decisions. Players will be able to prepare for coming Seasons through use of an Empire Plan, though once they make a decision about how to proceed, that route is locked in for the next few turns. The game takes planning and cunning, but it's also meant to be accessible, with decisions which feel natural to make. Endless Legend also includes quests, (competitive and cooperative) and a live battle system, with a large scope of game development and several expansions that add a multitude of features and mechanics.
