An Era II technology exclusive to the Cultists which provides a Science Stockpile for each unit of population (not including those from pacified villages) on a city when it is razed. Because of the Cultist trait "Weapons of the Enemy", which razes enemy cities immediately upon capturing them, this can also be thought of as providing a Science stockpile for each unit of population on a city when it is captured.
